• SWO Nazarenes are travelling to Cherokee, NC in August 2009 for an 8 day work and witness trip.

• The Teens and youth workers will be conducting a VBS at the church.  

• Adult opportunities will include working at the food/clothing pantry and construction and repair of homes on the reservation.

• This opportunity includes worshiping and witnessing with our local Nazarene Congregation as well as those living on the reservation.

• We will be staying at a local campground in their rental cabins.  These are air-conditioned and allow us to cook our meals, use the pool and enjoy the woods.

• The trip cost is $400 for adults and $300 for teens.This includes  housing, most meals, insurance, project money and an outdoor drama.Participants will be responsible for their own transportation and spending money. The option is available for private cabins at a higher cost.

• This trip is currently limited to 42 people. (5 available as of April 13)
